DALLAS—Dale Clift has been appointed president and CEO of Enhabit, Inc. after the completion of the company’s acquisition by Kinderhook Industries.
Clift succeeds Barb Jacobsmeyer, former president and CEO of the home health and hospice company, who previously announced her intention to step down upon the appointment of a successor.

Clift previously served as CEO of Trilogy Home Healthcare, where he led the company’s growth and operational expansion prior to its acquisition in 2023. Earlier in his career, he was president and CEO of Nurse on Call, where he helped scale the organization across multiple markets.
