SPARTANBURG, South Carolina—Community Hospice of South Alabama, a provider of hospice and palliative care, announced it is blending with ACG Hospice, part of the South Carolina-based Agape Care Group family of providers, to grow care resources and expand hospice care throughout the state of Alabama.

With the three Community Hospice branches in Foley, Bay Minette and Mobile, ACG Hospice will now provide care in 41 counties through 11 branch locations in the state. The agency said Community Hospice will officially change its name to ACG Hospice in January 2026.
