The program allows caregivers to transfer coursework faster & reduces training time

BOSTON—CareAcademy, a provider of caregiver training and compliance technology, announced the general availability of Shared Training History, the first capability launched as part of its broader CareSync by CareAcademy product vision.

Shared Training History allows caregivers to transfer their completed CareAcademy coursework from one employer to another—eliminating redundant training and accelerating time to work. For employers, it offers instant visibility into a caregiver’s training record, enabling faster onboarding, reduced training costs and compliance.

Through the initial 30-day beta program of Shared Training History, customers waived 130+ hours of training, an average of 3.5+ hours saved per caregiver. This resulted in 14+ hours saved in training time per employer, allowing for cost savings and faster time to service clients.

With Shared Training History, employers can apply prior training completions with one click, fast-track onboarding and reduce training costs—while caregivers gain greater autonomy and recognition for their learning across employers, according to CareAcademy.

“Shared Training History is a foundational step toward transforming how caregivers are recognized, hired, and supported across the care continuum,” said Helen Adeosun, CEO and founder of CareAcademy. “At CareAcademy, we believe in creating a connected and credentialed workforce—and this capability delivers on that promise by reducing friction during hiring, honoring caregivers’ prior learning, and unlocking real efficiency for employers. It’s just the beginning of what CareSync will make possible.”

Shared Training History is now natively available to all CareAcademy customers.
