ATLANTA (March 25, 2020)—With an optimistic eye toward the future, officials at Medtrade are making plans for the Nov. 2-4, 2020, show in Atlanta, Georgia. That means the official Call for Presentations is on. Organizers are looking for: 1) people willing to share success and struggles; 2) experts with knowledge to bestow; and 3) dynamic speakers.

Attendees are enjoying the interactive and crowd-participating panels introduced over the past couple of shows, and that will remain a focus for 2020. Share your story and expertise on a panel, or lead a panel at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

The deadline for submissions is Thursday, May 7

Program Guidelines

Sessions are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length with time for Q&A. The sessions will be formatted as free-flowing and interactive. Although there will be a combination of the standard “standing behind a lectern” classroom format, a good portion of this year’s sessions will be a town hall/panel format. Each town hall presentation will be presented by two or more “discussion leaders” and will allow the discussion leaders the option to facilitate an interactive presentation.
