The Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes leading franchise owners

ROSEVILLE, California—Always Best Care Senior Services, a senior care franchise system in the United States, announced that Bryant Greene, owner of five Always Best Care offices in Philadelphia and Delaware, has been named a 2023 Franchisee of the Year by The International Franchise Association (IFA). Greene was honored at the 63rd IFA Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes leading franchise owners from IFA member brands whose performance and contributions help protect, enhance and promote the franchise business model. Nominated by their parent company, individuals are selected for their service to their communities, fostering a strong and vibrant workforce, opening the doors for career growth and entrepreneurship and supporting their fellow franchisees.

“Bryant’s achievements are a reflection of his community involvement, which is one of the pillars of being an Always Best Care franchise owner,” said Jake Brown, president and CEO of Always Best Care. “Over the past 13 years, he has become a community resource on senior living, helping people in times of need and providing support and understanding when it’s needed most. He is also dedicated to helping improve and grow our brand, mentoring fellow franchise owners and providing input to field support office team members to better the company.”

Since joining the Always Best Care network in 2010, Greene has grown to be the company’s largest franchisee, with a team of more than 1,000 caregivers. He hosts his own Did You Know public affairs radio program in Philadelphia, which also airs regionally on TV. Within his communities, Greene offers educational seminars, participates in pet adoptions and food drives, and donates to the fine arts, schools and hundreds of community organizations every year. His work on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association has landed him in the top 25 of national fundraisers and the top fundraiser in the Delaware Valley for the past eight years. He has raised more than half a million dollars for the cause.

“Franchisee of the Year recipients represent the best in franchising,” said Matthew Haller, president and CEO of the International Franchise Association. “This is the highest honor IFA awards to individual franchisees, and local business owners like Bryant exemplify the power of franchising and its positive contributions to communities around the world.”
