BAYADA was recognized on the 2025 Disability Index for its work creating an inclusive workplace culture

PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care announced it has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” on the 2025 Disability Index, also known as Disability:IN.

BAYADA said this is the first time that the annual Disability:IN Report has recognized BAYADA’s works in disability inclusion and building a workplace where all employees can contribute and drive long-term success.

“At BAYADA, we believe a truly inclusive workplace isn't just the right thing to do, it's essential to who we are,” said David Baiada, CEO of BAYADA Home Health Care. “When we welcome and support team members with disabilities, we gain new perspectives, deeper empathy and stronger connections, all of which translate into better care for the people we serve.”

Companies earning a top score on the Disability Index are recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.” Disability:IN measures performance across six key areas:

  • Culture & leadership
  • Enterprise-wide access
  • Employment practices
  • Community engagement
  • Supplier inclusion
  • Responsible procurement
