PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care announced it has earned a verified perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) Corporate Equality Index 2026 (CEI), recognizing the nonprofit with the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion for the third year in a row.
The CEI is an inclusion benchmarking tool that evaluates companies on detailed criteria in four pillars:
- Nondiscrimination policies across business entities
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
- Supporting an inclusive culture
- Community outreach and engagement
