GRAND PRAIRE, Texas—Alex Orthopedic, an essential medical supplies company, has acquired Essential Medical Supply, a home medical equipment company.
"As Alex Orthopedic begins celebrating its 40th anniversary, the company is pleased to announce the completion of its asset purchase of Essential Medical Supply," Alex Orthopedic said in a released statement. "The acquisition brings together two established providers of mobility, comfort and wellness products, strengthening product offerings and enhancing service capabilities for customers nationwide."
The company said customers can expect a seamless transition and continued access to trusted products, now supported by a broader range of solutions.
