ASHEVILLE, N.C. (November 23, 2018)—Aeroflow Healthcare announced the acquisition of Integrity Medical’s positive airway pressure resupply line of business to provide more patients with their continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) supplies on a regular basis.

Those with sleep apnea—or other conditions requiring the use of a PAP machine—must regularly replace their supplies to maintain effective treatment compliance. Over time, the plastics in CPAP supplies can break down, collect bacteria and other pathogens, and lead to leaks, so new equipment is critical for patient health.

Upon acquiring Integrity Medical’s PAP line in Augusta, Georgia, Aeroflow will further its ongoing mission of providing optimal care for even more patients by incorporating Integrity Medical patients into its streamlined resupply program, and by adhering to their customized replacement schedules. Integrity Medical received funds that it will reallocate to grow core areas of its business and support high levels of patient care.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Integrity Medical, as we are always looking for new patients to assist,” explained Andrew Amoth, corporate development manager, Aeroflow Healthcare. “We look forward to providing exceptional care for new and existing PAP patients in Georgia, and are happy to add resources to Integrity Medical to help refocus its missions.”

Integrity Medical and Aeroflow Healthcare will work together in order to provide a smooth transition for Integrity Medical’s PAP resupply patients. Necessary equipment will be delivered according to existing replacement schedules.
