Resupply is one of the most operationally complex and resource intensive areas of the home medical equipment (HME) business and providers are continuously facing compliance risks, missed resupply orders, patient attrition and staff burnout. They’re often driven by manual, ineffective, workflows, limited calling hours and staffing constraints.
Rather than focusing on technology features, the conversation will center on real‑world operational impact: What’s driving providers to rethink resupply, how they’re introducing AI without disrupting workflows and what measurable outcomes they’re seeing across accuracy, efficiency and staff morale.
This interactive RoundTable brings HME industry leaders together to discuss how modern resupply programs are evolving to meet these challenges head‑on. Panelists will explore how always‑on access has helped them to improve their resupply operations and utilize staff more effectively to:
- Identify the core resupply challenges facing HME providers today
- Understand how always‑on calling models help reduce missed orders
- Learn about the impact of AI in resupply
- Explore how automation and virtual agents can improve staff sustainability
- Gain insight into how leading providers are measuring success beyond call volume
