PITTSBURGH—North Central Florida Hospice, Inc. and Haven Medical Group, LLC (Haven Hospice), a Florida-based company for comprehensive hospice care, completed its sale of select assets to BrightSpring Health Services, a provider of home- and community-based health services for complex populations. The Braff Group originated the transaction and served as the exclusive financial advisor to Haven Hospice.
KENT, Washington—Performance Home Medical (PHM), a home medical equipment and respiratory services provider, announced Larry Mastrovich has been named chief executive officer after serving as PHM chairman since January.
