Apria Sees Cyber Attack
Based on its investigation and discussions with law enforcement, Apria believes the purpose of the unauthorized access was to fraudulently obtain funds

INDIANAPOLIS—Apria Healthcare LLC (“Apria”) provided notice of a data breach that involved some personal information.

On Sept. 1, 2021, Apria received a notification regarding access to select Apria systems by an unauthorized third party. Apria took immediate action to mitigate the incident, including working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and hiring a reputable forensic investigation team to investigate and securely resolve the incident.

Apria Announces IPO

INDIANAPOLIS (February 10, 2021—Apria, Inc. (the company or Apria) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock.
