DALLAS—Unify Healthcare Services, a medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company, announced the launch of Medicraft, durable medical equipment (DME) billing software designed to help DME suppliers manage billing operations, claims and revenue workflows.
The Medicraft software offers dedicated modules for supply management, ordering, accounts receivable (AR) management, billing, payment posting, reporting and account setup. This allows users to oversee operational and financial processes without having to rely on multiple disconnected tools. Unify said Medicraft enables secure upload, organization and linkage of documentation to patient records. This is an essential requirement in DME billing and audit preparedness.
Medicraft supports seamless electronic claim submission, ERA processing and denial tracking. Built-in workflows are designed to improve claim accuracy, reduce manual intervention and provide real-time visibility into claim and payment statuses. The system’s reporting tools offer insights into outstanding AR, cash flow trends, denial patterns and charge tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making.
In addition to billing functionality, Medicraft features ticketing and support workflows, allowing users to raise and track operational queries directly within the system. Recent enhancements, including performance optimization, visual reporting upgrades, fax service integration and system-wide reliability improvements.
Unify added software is designed to align with payer documentation requirements, rental and purchase billing scenarios and extended billing cycles common within the DME sector.
