Built-in workflows are designed to improve claim accuracy, reduce manual intervention and provide real-time visibility into claim and payment statuses. In addition to billing functionality, Medicraft features ticketing and support workflows, allowing users to raise and track operational queries directly within the system. Recent enhancements, including performance optimization, visual reporting upgrades, fax service integration and system-wide reliability improvements.
