The company welcomed Neiko Lavery, Tonya Rochette & Rusty Mosca to the board

CONCORD, New Hampshire—Granite VNA recently appointed Northeast Delta Dental Associate General Counsel Neiko Lavery, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) New Hampshire Director of Human Resources Tonya Rochette and Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A., Principal Oreste (Rusty) Mosca to its Board of Trustees. 

“The experience Neiko, Tonya and Rusty bring from their respective industries and careers diversifies and strengthens our board’s breadth of knowledge,” Granite VNA President and CEO Beth Slepian said. “Their leadership, insight and expertise will be instrumental as we implement our transformative strategic plan to ensure we can continue to meet the needs of our communities long into the future.”

Lavery brings more than five years of civil service and legal experience in New Hampshire to Granite VNA’s board. In her current role at Northeast Delta Dental, she provides legal support and guidance to senior executives and business units on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives in addition to drafting and negotiating insurance contracts, vendor agreements and licensing agreements. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2020.

“I’m looking forward to contributing as a trustee and ready to support Granite VNA in achieving its mission to provide home health and hospice and wellness services to communities in the region," said Lavery. “I’m excited for what lies ahead and hope to bring new ideas to the table.”

Rochette brings over 30 years of experience in in-house human resources and consulting in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as the director of human resources at NAMI New Hampshire, a grassroots organization working to improve the quality of life for all by providing support, education and advocacy for people affected by mental illness and suicide. A 2012 Leadership New Hampshire graduate, she previously served as chair of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and Intown Concord, and she currently sits on Concord TV and John H. Whitaker Place boards as well as being a newly trained court appointed special advocate and guardian ad litem.


“I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful relationships," Rochette said. "I look forward to collaborating with my fellow Granite VNA board members and agency leaders to help carry out the agency’s strategic vision."

Mosca joined Nathan Wechsler and Company, a full-service accounting and tax firm, in 1987 and now serves as principal. Mosca specializes in accounting for construction, nonprofits, high net worth individuals, family offices and generational businesses. He also serves on the boards of Amoskeag Health Center, Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire, Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire/Vermont, Leadership New Hampshire, Capitol Center for the Arts and New Hampshire Humanities.

“I am proud to have an opportunity to contribute to an organization with such a long and rich history of providing care to people in their homes and promoting wellness in communities throughout central New Hampshire,” said Mosca. “I look forward collaborating with agency leadership and fellow trustees to help Granite VNA continue to meet its mission.”

Brian Duffy and Mark Edelstein recently concluded their service on the Granite VNA board.
