The conference looks at women's health issues from a business oriented perspective.

WATERLOO, Iowa (March 17, 2017)—Essentially Women’s annual conference, FOCUS: The EW Conference, is more than six months away, and event organizers announced that they’re now accepting presentation submissions from interested speakers.

“We are actively seeking presenters on a variety of topics relevant to women’s health care providers,” said Christa Miehe, president of Essentially Women. “We offer our attendees a diverse selection of education sessions, including mastectomy, audits and compliance, marketing, professional and personal development, marketing and retail sales, to name a few.”

FOCUS: The EW Conference will take place September 16 in Minneapolis. The education conference is hosted exclusively for members of Essentially Women and features two days of business development, continuing education and networking with industry consultants, manufacturers and peers.

“FOCUS speakers gain access to all conference networking events as well as the exhibit hall,” said Miehe. “Although we do not pay speaker fees, all selected FOCUS Conference speakers are provided the opportunity to network with more than 300 women’s health care providers and manufacturer representatives.”

Industry experts who are interested in presenting during FOCUS: The EW Conference should contact Miehe at christa.miehe@vgm.com by April 15.
