Anne Mejia has been appointed to the role of chief marketing officer for Cornerstone Franchise Brands

CINCINNATI—Cornerstone Franchise Brands announced the election of its new chief marketing officer, Anne Mejia. 

The company said Mejia's appointment is part of its expansion in the homecare and home services industries with FirstLight Home Care and SURV Franchisor, LLC.

A marketing executive with more than two decades of franchise experience spanning the restaurant, home service and health care industries, Mejia said she joins Cornerstone Franchise Brands with her eyes set on growth of FirstLight Home Care and Surv as the primary goal. Mejia’s experience in business management and implementation of marketing tactics across the board are aimed to align both businesses while promoting brand awareness, refining processes, growing sales at the unit level and providing franchise local market support amidst brand growth.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mejia led marketing efforts at franchise organizations including Jack in the Box, ServiceMaster, CKE Restaurants, Realogy and most recently Mellow Mushroom. She began her career in field marketing working directly with franchisees, and has developed a knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, social media and public relations down to the local level of various industries, giving her an unmatched, dynamic understanding of effective marketing tactics. 


Mejia is currently providing marketing guidance for 300 FirstLight locations across 39 states, while supporting SURV marketing efforts in five states, with several new territories planned.
