BOC’s president and CEO, Claudia Zacharias, MBA, CAE, said the new website reflects the organization’s continued commitment to its innovation and customer first values.

The website features easier navigation, streamlined content, videos, modern page design and mobile accessibility. BOC is responsive to customer feedback and aims to address common questions with easy-to-understand video guides providing immediate answers.
“We strive to create easy and efficient channels to better serve the people who count on us,” explains BOC’s chief strategy and marketing officer, Judi Knott, MA, MBA. “Our new streamlined site provides quick information navigation through intuitive design.”
Knott notes that more familiar resources, such as “MyBOC” and continuing education information, is also featured and easy to find. Frequently utilized tools, such as survey checklists, accreditation standards and all applications, are now located on one convenient page.
