The company named Meghan Gamboa as CMO & announced the hires of Celica Costantino, VP of retail, and Khadijah Lewis, Sr. director of healthcare

PAWTUCKET, Rhode Island—Ageless Innovation, a global company that aims to reimagining how we positively live and age together through the power of play, announced the promotion of Meghan Gamboa to the post of chief marketing officer, as well as the hires of Celica Costantino, who will lead the company’s retail division, and Khadijah Lewis, who joins the health care team. 

The announcement comes after a milestone year for the company. Celebrating its fifth anniversary in 2023, Ageless Innovation delivered product launches and activations in line with its ongoing mission to improve the quality of life of older adults. Notable moments include the re-design of three classic Hasbro gaming properties that were specifically tailored to meet the needs of older adults, and the kick-off of a nationwide Reach Out and Play initiative alongside lead sponsor, AARP, which directly combats social isolation experienced by older adults through the use of in-person gameplay. 
 
As co-founder, Meghan Gamboa has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of Ageless Innovation since its inception in 2018, most recently serving as SVP of marketing and retail sales. Before co-launching Ageless Innovation with CEO, Ted Fischer and COO, Andrew Jeas, Gamboa spent 15 years on the marketing team at toy and game company, Hasbro. In her most recent post as SVP of marketing and retail sales at Ageless Innovation, Gamboa has leveraged her expertise to help launch and market several award-winning products and initiatives that aim to deliver joy and fun across generations, particularly older adults experiencing social isolation and forms of cognitive decline. Effectively immediately, she will assume the role of chief marketing officer, where she will focus her efforts on developing and executing creative and impactful marketing plans across the company.

Joining the Ageless Innovation leadership team in the role of vice president of retail, Celica Costantino joins as a sales expert with more than two decades of experience in the consumer product goods industry. In her new role, she will oversee the company's retail strategy, partnerships and global growth. Most recently Costantino served as senior national sales manager at Funko, LLC, the billion-dollar pop culture lifestyle brand whose products include plush and board games. Throughout her career leading sales at major toy and game companies, including Hasbro where she worked with the Joy for All team, Costantino has been a leader and brings an understanding of consumer needs, passion for creating engaging experiences through the power of play and deep understanding of the evolving retail landscape.

Newly appointed to the role of senior director of healthcare, Khadijah Lewis, is a seasoned health care professional with more than a decade of experience across homecare, business development, operations and product development. Lewis brings a blend of strategic thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements and is driven by a profound commitment to improving the quality of life for older adults. Lewis will report directly to Jim Murphy, SVP of healthcare.
