Prior to joining HealthEdge he was senior vice president of operations at Mitratech Holdings, Inc., where he was an integral part of a turnaround executive team that restored the company to profitability. Before Mitratech, Welch was senior vice president, client services, for Callidus Software, where he built the company’s client services business from scratch. Welch also served as senior vice president of EMEA operations at Callidus, including oversight of a development team based in Italy. He attended Michigan Technological University and is a graduate of Michigan State University.
