ATLANTA, (February 10, 2016)GF Health Products, Inc. proudly announces that 23 home care and medical-surgical sales representatives have earned the “Accredited in Medical Sales (AMS)” designation administered by the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA).

The AMS program consisted of 13 scored courses; the AMS sales training covers topics such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, health care trends, medical products and procedures, and more. GF Health Products conducted the proctored final exam, according to HIDA requirements, during their January 2016 National Sales Meeting. All 23 participating GF Health Products employees passed the exam on their first try, earning their AMS designation as a result.

“Typically, this is a yearlong program of study. However, these individuals completed and passed the program in three months, after putting in extra hours of study and training to achieve this distinguished level of expertise. We are thrilled to congratulate our sales team members who have become Accredited in Medical Sales,” stated Ken Spett, GF Health Products CEO.
