DALLAS (August 4, 2016)—Epic Health Services Inc., a portfolio company of Webster Capital and Dallas-based provider of pediatric skilled nursing, therapy, developmental, enteral and respiratory services, announced today that it has acquired Las Vegas-based Spring View Home Health Care, which offers private duty nursing services for both children and adults, as well as therapy and skilled nursing services for adults.

"As we continue to expand, Epic remains focused on seeking out companies who value the highest level of patient care," said Epic president and CEO Chris Roussos. "When we find a good match, as we did with Spring View, that enables us to serve even more patients and deliver the exceptional caliber of care they deserve."

Spring View serves patients throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and Pahrump. Nearly 115 Spring View employees will be added to the Epic team, which is 17,000 strong and spread throughout 18 states. Moving forward, Spring View will be rebranded to Epic Health Services.

"As a respected homecare provider in the community, we wanted to ensure we joined forces with a company that knew how important our patients are to us," said Jennifer Basilio, owner at Spring View. "Epic's proven track record of providing the highest quality care helped us make that decision."

The acquisition coincides with the rebrand of Option 1 Healthcare Solutions—the leading enteral nutrition provider in the Western United States—to Epic Medical Solutions, a division of Epic Health Services. Option 1 was acquired by Epic last September and serves approximately 450 patients throughout the Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

"It's an exciting time for Epic and our patients," Roussos said. "We'll continue to deliver on our mission of providing the highest quality home health care as we expand throughout Nevada and beyond."
