Competitive Bidding Repeal Bill Introduced
WASHINGTON—Reps. Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson, R-Pa., and Jason Altmire, D-Pa., have introduced the Fairness in Medicare Bidding Act, which would repeal the DMEPOS competitive bidding program. Remember this number: H.R. 1041. Look for further details next week. The two Pennsylvania reps will hold a press conference Tuesday to discuss the bill. |
