WASHINGTON, D.C., Feb, 26, 2013—This is the largest study in the history of home care. The results will shape decision making by leaders in home care agencies throughout the country. The focus is on key IT, telehealth, health care reform and operational practices that are or will impact agencies.

The study is a phone survey. It is confidential. Your information will be aggregated with those of nearly 1,000 other agencies. It will take less than 30 minutes, and if you participate you will receive advance copies of the best practice reports on the findings. Based on the findings these reports are designed to provide you with insights that will clearly impact strategic decisions that you and other leaders will need to be making.

To participate in the phone interviews, your agency must meet the following three criteria: Medicare certified, Medicare revenues of $500,000 or higher, Home Health Compare scores for two or more reporting periods. Register here. You will be asked for times that work best for you to receive the half hour confidential phone survey.

Study sponsors include NAHC, The Joint Commission, CHAP, The Forum of State Associations and Fazzi Associates. Funding sponsorship is provided by Delta Health Technologies and Healthwyse.
