Bob Messenger, manager of respiratory education for the Invacare Corporation, will present “Healthcare Reform & Homecare: What Does It Mean for Your Company?” at Medtrade Spring Thursday, March 21, 2013, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Islander Ballroom. He is a registered respiratory therapist and a Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care. His 30-plus year respiratory career includes acute care as well as the operation and ownership of a durable medical equipment and a sleep diagnostics business. He has held educational positions in both the acute care and academic settings, where he continues to serve in an advisory capacity. Messenger also serves on several peer review editorial advisory boards and his research has resulted in over two dozen publications in trade and peer-reviewed journals and he lectures on a variety of topics throughout the U.S. and Canada.
