PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care announced it has earned a verified perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) Corporate Equality Index 2026 (CEI), recognizing the nonprofit with the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion for the third year in a row.

The CEI is an inclusion benchmarking tool that evaluates companies on detailed criteria in four pillars:

PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care announced it has been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2026, an annual ranking based on an independent survey of more than 100,000 United States employees with fewer than 10 years of work experience.

PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care, a provider of home-based health care services, has been named to the U.S. News & World Report’s inaugural list of best home health providers.

PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit home health care provider, announced the launch of its new home intensive care unit (HICU) program for infants and children with high-acuity medical needs. Following a pilot of this care delivery model, BAYADA’s HICU services are now available in three states—Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania—with growing interests to expand nationwide.

WASHINGTON—David Totaro, former chief government affairs officer for BAYADA Home Health Care, has joined the Liberty Partners Group team, effective Jan. 5, 2026, and will be serving the firm as a principal.

MOORESTOWN, New Jersey—BAYADA Home Health Care has announced the appointment of Bryony Winn as the company’s next chief executive officer (CEO). 

Winn, the first non-family member to lead BAYADA, will join the organization on Monday, March 2, 2026. At that time, David Baiada will conclude his eight-year tenure as CEO by joining the BAYADA Board of Directors and serving as senior advisor to the incoming CEO.

PHILADELPHIA—Bayada Home Health Care, a nonprofit home health care provider, will join the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Philadelphia, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, as its local presenting sponsor for the second year in a row. Bayada served as the Philadelphia walk's local presenting sponsor in 2023, in which the organization formed 58 teams that collectively helped raise more than $62,000 in support of the walk.

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania—The 2024 BAYADA Regatta boat races will take place Saturday, Sept. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, at the Temple University Boathouse, 2400 Kelly Drive in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
