Here’s a Chance to Tell CMS What You Think
CMS wants to hear what Medicare providers think about the
services its fee-for-service contractors provide.
The agency is lauching its fifth annual Medicare Contractor
Provider Satisfaction Survey, or MCPSS, which offers providers the
opportunity to give feedback on their claims processing and payment
contractors. The survey questions focus on seven business
functions: inquiries, outreach and education, claims processing,
appeals, enrollment, medical review and audits and
reimbursement.
Approximately 30,000 randomly selected providers will be asked
to participate in the survey, with results to be released this
summer. For details, go to www.cms.hhs.gov/MCPSS.
