Entra Diabetes Management App

SAN DIEGO — Entra Health Systems’ MyGlucoHealth App for
mobile diabetes management has garnered almost 150,000 downloads
throughout the world in the nine weeks it has been available,
according to a release.

The application allows Nokia smartphone users to upload and
manage blood glucose readings using the MyGlucoHealth wireless
meter, the first — and so far, only — Bluetooth-enabled
glucometer cleared by the FDA.

The free app can also notify family, physicians or caregivers
with automated text message alerts and reminders when results
exceed threshold limits.
