TiLite Acquires Three Rivers
Ultralight wheelchair manufacturer TiLite announced it has acquired Three Rivers Holdings and its Out-Front product brand.
KENNEWICK, Wash. — Ultralight wheelchair manufacturer TiLite announced last week it has acquired Three Rivers Holdings and its Out-Front product brand, including the Natural-Fit Handrim, the GameCycle, and the SmartWheel.
Mesa, Ariz.-based Three Rivers also has several new products under development, with market introduction to be accelerated by TiLite resources.
According to a release, Three Rivers will retain its independence and “will continue its relentless pursuit of innovation and quality.”
