While we have multiple offices where we come together to work in person, many of our team members work from home at least part of the time, and some work solely on a remote basis.

While remote or hybrid work offers numerous benefits for both employers and employees, such as flexibility and increased productivity, it also presents unique challenges that must be addressed to ensure success. Not everyone is comfortable working remotely or on a hybrid model, so we had to come up with the best mix of tactics to support and empower our employees to do their best work wherever they are.

As a company with people working both at home and in the office (and for some a mix of both) in multiple countries and across different time zones, here’s how we make remote and hybrid work models work at AlayaCare.

4. Invest in remote-friendly equipment.
