NGS said providers who need to update address or contact information must complete the CEDI Address and Contact Information Change Form from the CEDI website under “EDI Enrollment.”
In a listserv message, NGS said providers who need to update address or contact information must complete the CEDI Address and Contact Information Change Form from the CEDI website (www.ngscedi.com) under “EDI Enrollment.” Changes made with the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC) or the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) will not automatically filter into the CEDI system, NGS said.
Change requests take five to seven business days to process, the CEDI contractor said. For questions, contact the CEDI Help Desk at [email protected] or 866/311-9184.
