Paradigm Appoints Jim Ryan to Board of Directors

TAMPA, Florida—Paradigm, a specialty care management organization that delivers solutions aimed at improving outcomes for individuals with complex injuries and diagnoses, has appointed Jim Ryan to its board of directors.

Ryan brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the workers’ compensation, claims management and risk solutions sectors. Most recently, he served as global chief operating officer at Sedgwick. Ryan currently serves on multiple industry and nonprofit boards and holds a degree in business administration and finance from Drexel University.
