Senior1Care Names Cate Palace President of Northeast Region

FORT WAYNE, Indiana—Senior1Care has named Cate Palace president of its Northeast region. Palace brings more than 20 years of senior care leadership experience and will oversee the company’s operations and growth across Northeast Indiana, including offices in Fort Wayne, Angola and Syracuse.

“Cate is very well suited for this role,” said Kyle Bossung, CEO of Senior1Care. “She understands senior care from both a clinical and operational perspective and recognizes the role relationships play in earning the trust of families, healthcare partners and the communities we serve. I’m grateful she chose to bring that perspective to Senior1Care and look forward to having her as part of our leadership team.”

A licensed health facility administrator, Palace has led multi-site organizations encompassing more than 1,000 licensed beds and 1,500 employees. Her background spans skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation and homecare, with a focus on clinical quality, workforce stability and team development.

“What stood out to me about Senior1Care was how deeply committed they are to the people they serve,” Palace said. “There’s already tremendous momentum in Northeast Indiana, and I’m excited to get to know the team and our community partners, build on what’s been accomplished and help create opportunities to serve even more families.”

Palace holds a bachelor of applied science from the University of Cincinnati and an associate degree in respiratory therapy. She lives in the Fort Wayne area and has been active with the council on senior services.
