Because of security concerns, National Government Services is eliminating free direct dial-up options and will require the use of a Network Service Vendor for access to the CEDI Gateway. The change begins Nov. 1 for all new CEDI trading partners. As of April 30, 2011, the direct dial-up connections will no longer be supported for anyone.
