Vishnevetsky, Browning Sign on at TAHCS

DALLAS, Texas — The Texas Alliance of Home Care Services
(TAHCS) governing board has named Edward Vishnevetsky and John
Browning of Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP, as general
legal counsel for the organization.

Vishnevetsky is an associate attorney in the health care and
commercial litigation practices at Thompson Coe. In addition to
defending hospitals, physicians, and other health care entities, he
represents HME and home health providers throughout the country. A
current focus includes working with DMEPOS providers in their
appeals before Medicare contractor audits (ZPIC, CERT and RAC) and
before state and federal regulatory and enforcement agencies such
as the Office of Inspector General and state attorneys general.

Browning is a partner in the commercial litigation, employment
and health care practices at Thompson Coe. According to TAHCS, in
his 20 years of practice Browning “has honed a reputation as a
tenacious, aggressive, and creative trial lawyer defending
individuals and businesses both large and small throughout
Texas.”

He noted that a number of HME providers in the state have been
