OVERLAND PARK, Kansas—WellSky, a global health and community care technology and services company, has expanded its partnership with Adoration Home Health, a nationwide quality and compassionate provider for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need. WellSky will extend its clinical coding and documentation advisory services to additional Adoration locations, further strengthening the organization’s existing post-acute care technology and services partnership.
Adoration is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, which delivers services in all 50 states and serves more than 400,000 patients daily through a nationwide network of providers serving complex populations. At this scale, and amid rising demand for home-based care, accurate and complete clinical documentation is essential to protect reimbursement and performance in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) quality programs, including its Home Health Star Ratings.
Since beginning its coding partnership with WellSky in 2023, Adoration has seen a significant improvement in its CMS Home Health Star Ratings. Adoration Home Health locations achieving a star rating of 4 or higher have increased from 21.7% in 2023 and, based on preview reports, are projected to reach 90% of locations in 2026—a gain of nearly 70 percentage points. With home health Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) documentation influencing six of the seven quality measures used in the Star Ratings methodology, these results reflect the dedicated, joint effort between Adoration and WellSky to optimize and strengthen clinical documentation practices.
“Our continued expansion across home health requires a scalable operational foundation that supports quality, compliance and consistency,” said Elizabeth Robinson, president of Adoration Home Health. “The growing partnership with WellSky reflects the trust we place in their coding and advisory services group to continue helping us achieve high-quality outcomes while also understanding the complexity of our operations and the unique patient communities we serve.”
