WASHINGTON—The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) continue to jointly explore the formation of a new as-of-yet unnamed organization that combines the strengths of NAHC and NHPCO, "creating a better and more powerful advocate for the entire home care, hospice, palliative care, and serious illness community," NAHC said.
The member voice is a critical component to this exploration, NAHC said in a statement. As such, all members are invited to a series of joint Town Halls to hear updates on the process and participate in a Q&A with members of the Steering Committee leading this exploration.
The first of three Town Halls is scheduled Wednesday, Nov. 15, 5-6 p.m. ET. Town Halls are open to all members of the NAHC and NHPCO memberships, and advance registration is not required.
