Lchhfamily.com will serve as a digital resource for LifeCare's services, locations & other care provisions

IRVING, Texas—LifeCare Home Health & Hospice Family has launched a new corporate website designed to make it easier for patients, families, referral partners and healthcare professionals to understand LifeCare's growing family of companies and connect with home health, hospice and in-home care services in their communities.

Introduced earlier this year, the new website at lchhfamily.com serves as a centralized digital resource for LifeCare's network of locally operated healthcare organizations. The site brings together information about LifeCare's companies, services, locations and leadership while providing a path for visitors to identify the care and resources that best meet their needs.

"At the center of this project was a very simple goal: make it easier for people to understand who we are, the care our companies provide and how to connect with the right team," said Dean Alverson, CEO of LifeCare Home Health & Hospice Family. "As our organization continues to grow, we want patients, families and healthcare partners to have a clear and accessible way to navigate the LifeCare family while still recognizing the local companies and teams they know and trust."

One of the website's central features is an interactive LifeCare location finder, which allows visitors to explore LifeCare companies and locations and identify available services within the communities the organization serves. The tool helps connect users with local providers across LifeCare's expanding network rather than requiring them to navigate individual company websites without knowing where to begin.

The site also provides explanations of LifeCare's primary areas of care, including in-home personal care, Medicare-certified home health and hospice care. By presenting the differences among these services in a straightforward, user-friendly format, the website is designed to help patients and families better understand their options as care needs change.

Visitors can also explore LifeCare's family of companies, providing a broader view of the locally established healthcare organizations that make up the LifeCare network and the communities they serve.

"As we grow, it is important that our infrastructure grows with us," Alverson said. "That includes the digital experience we provide. Our website should help someone find an answer, understand their options and connect with care without making the process more complicated than it needs to be."
