FORT WORTH, Texas (January 5, 2022)—Jet Health Inc., a regional provider of home health and hospice services, announced the acquisition of Blessings Hospice, an Arlington, Texas-based hospice company. Blessings Hospice has been serving patients throughout Arlington since its 2019 founding.

The acquisition marks Jet Health’s fifth hospice-related acquisition. It furthers the company’s strategy to add hospice services to its current home health offering in the various markets it serves. It is another example of the company’s expertise in identifying key, quality partners with which to align and completing complementary acquisitions to grow its business in strategic markets.

“The acquisition of Blessings Hospice allows Jet Health to expand its services in a rapidly growing market where we currently serve patients. This acquisition will broaden our footprint throughout Texas, which is not only home to our headquarters but also five additional locations from which we currently operate, providing home health and hospice services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Funding for the transaction was provided by SV Health Investors and Health Enterprise Partners. Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth acted as legal counsel to Jet Health.
