Interim HealthCare will introduce an extensive care initiative and participate in the 2025 Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s

SUNRISE, Florida—Interim HealthCare Inc., a network of homecare, senior care, home health, hospice and medical staffing services, announced a new partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. As part of the partnership, Interim HealthCare will launch an extensive Alzheimer’s care program and participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s as a National Team, raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

“This is a pivotal moment in the fight against Alzheimer’s,” said Rexanne Domico, president and chief executive officer of Interim HealthCare. “Alzheimer’s touches the lives of so many, but the right care and support at home can make all the difference—for individuals and their families. We’re especially excited to give our dedicated caregivers across the nation an opportunity to raise awareness and funds to help improve the lives of those currently affected by Alzheimer’s, and those who will face it in the future.”

More than 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, with that number expected to nearly double by 2050. Interim HealthCare is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals living with the disease, backed by its 50 years of experience. The company’s approach to Alzheimer's care is designed to meet the needs of each individual, offering personalized support and companionship that spans skilled home health, personal care and hospice services. This partnership will allow Interim HealthCare to expand its approach by creating educational programs and materials on Alzheimer’s and lending its expertise to Alzheimer’s Association industry leader roundtables to advance care and support services.

“The Alzheimer’s Association is grateful to Interim HealthCare for joining Walk to End Alzheimer’s as a National Team and for their efforts in the fight against the disease,” said Sarah Fried, Alzheimer’s Association vice president of Corporate Initiatives. “The company’s efforts will raise awareness of Alzheimer’s as well as critical funds for care, support and research—allowing us to help more families affected by this devastating disease, and scientists to continue developing effective treatments.”
