DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 12, 2019)—IMCO Home Care (IHC) announces the promotion of Keith Boivin to executive vice president and the hiring of Lee Wheatley as the operations manager. IHC is a national group purchasing organization (GPO), servicing the homecare market that includes DME companies, independent pharmacies, and hospice providers.

Boivin brings more than 20 years of experience in both the medical distribution and medical manufacturing industries. He was responsible for managing the national accounts, GPO’s and distribution channels for Smiths Medical for a seven-year period where they achieved a significant rise in market share and record growth. Boivin also has worked in management roles with McKesson companies for more than nine years in various parts of the US. Boivin has been operating IHC as the general manager since March of 2018 and has been able to bring together new programs for vendor partners, IHC members, and IMCO dealers.

Wheatley brings more than 25 years of experience in the home medical equipment markets. He has successfully managed the operations, service technicians and delivery aspects for these companies and has built some solid relationships with homecare vendors across the United States. Wheatley’s primary focus will be working with IHC members directly to ensure they are accessing all of the programs needed to maximize the value of the contracts that they have access to.
