NORTH HAVEN, Connecticut—Honor Health Network, a provider of personal and post-acute care services, has acquired Connecticut-based Family Care Visiting Nurses & Home Care Agency (FCVN), a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency.
Led by certified operating officer Melissa Kurtz, FCVN operates four locations in Connecticut, delivering a range of skilled home health and therapy services. The company employs more than 350 staff members who serve approximately 2,200 patients daily. Corcoran Consulting Group guided FCVN’s owners throughout the company’s sale.
