CINCINNATI—Home Helpers Home Care, a provider of in-home care services, has promoted Bobby Kelley to chief development officer.
Kelley, a member of the company’s franchise development team for more than 20 years, will join the organization’s executive leadership team and lead the franchise development sales team.

Kelley began his career with Home Helpers Home Care in 2005 as a franchise sales consultant and has steadily taken on expanded responsibilities in franchise development, team leadership and organizational growth. Most recently, he served as vice president of franchise development, helping to expand the franchise network to over 400 franchises serving more than 1,500 communities across 40 states.
In his new role, Kelley will oversee continued growth of the Home Helpers Home Care franchise system, including franchise development strategy, franchise sales, and systems that support responsible expansion of the Home Helpers Home Care network.
