FORT WORTH, Texas—VERTESS, a health care mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, announce the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Helping Hands Home Care Services.
Helping Hands, led by CEO Wyatt Campbell, operates three locations in western Pennsylvania, delivering a range of home-based services, primarily personal care, along with home health and hospice care. The company employs more than 500 staff members who serve approximately 600 patients daily.
The transaction was overseen by VERTESS Managing Director and Partner Anna Elliott.
"We are very pleased with the outcome," said Campbell. "This transaction is aligned with our commitment to providing quality, compassionate care that allows more patients to stay in the preferred home setting. We believe this will be a smooth integration of operations and we look forward to working together with new ownership to expand coverage and capabilities."
"I could not be more pleased with this outcome, both for my client and for the buyer," said Elliott. "The partnership they've created will augment Helping Hands' presence in their communities and help more people in need."
