MINNEAPOLIS—Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has named Erin Hilligan as its chief operating officer (COO). With this role, Hilligan joins HDG’s executive leadership team.

Hilligan brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in health and senior care. Most recently, Hilligan served as senior vice president of operations at Lifespark, a senior services company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minn.. Prior to that, she was COO of WesleyLife and worked in various leadership roles at Ebenezer for 19 years, including five years as vice president of operations.
Hilligan received a bachelor of arts in health care administration and long-term care administration from Concordia College and a master of business administration with a concentration in leadership from the University of St. Thomas. She has served in numerous professional association leadership roles including board chair for LeadingAge Minnesota’s Executive Committee, PAC chair for Care Providers of Minnesota, a mentor for Concordia College Women’s Leadership and more. In addition to being a licensed nursing home administrator, she taught ethics and public policy as part of a master’s degree program of study at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
