DALLAS—Healing Hearts Home Health was recently sold to The Pennant Group, Inc. in an acquisition that closed September 2, 2025.
Headquartered in Gillette, Wyoming, Healing Hearts Home Health is a locally led organization that focuses on providing in-home health care services across Northeastern Wyoming. The company offers a wide range of services, including skilled nursing, homecare and outpatient therapy, all tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient. Healing Hearts partners with physicians and families to create personalized care plans that promote healing, independence and quality of life.
Based in Eagle, Idaho, The Pennant Group, Inc. is a holding company supporting independent operating subsidiaries that provide health care services through home health, hospice, homecare and senior living communities.
