CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 11, 2015)—Griffin Home Health Care, Inc. announced that it is relocating its Charlotte business.

A full-service health care equipment and supply company, Griffin Home Health Care was founded in 1983 by William H. (Bill) Griffin. It started in an independent pharmacy on Graham Street and then in 1989 moved into the location on Monroe Road. Griffin Home Health Care is relocating to 9129 Monroe Road; just four mile from the current location. The new showroom is state of the art with easy access for consumers; the office and warehouse, also located in the Greylyn Office Park will provide support for all branch locations to better serve its patients and customers.

Today, Griffin Home Health Care is a family-run business with Bill Griffin as president and CEO, his son Richie Griffin as COO/Vice President and his brother, Jim Griffin as Secretary and manager of the Gastonia store which Griffin acquired in 2009.

I still feel this; thirteen years later and I am positive I will feel it as we continue serving the needs of our clients.”

Griffin Home Health Care and its team of 23 associates; provide a wide range of home medical equipment and related supplies for individual Medicare, Medicaid, and Private patients, physicians, clinics, hospice organizations, assisted living centers, nursing facilities and commercial accounts. To further meet the needs of the community, it also offers rentals and sales of equipment; repairs, post mastectomy, seat lift chairs, sleep therapy, stair and vehicle lifts, wound and skin care products, and sports and wellness supplies.

Jim Griffin who joined the family business in 1996 came from the auto industry and Jim says, “It’s such a pleasure working in an environment of serving our fellow man where our services are appreciated.”
