ARLINGTON, Virginia—Ennoble Care, a home-based primary, palliative and hospice care provider, announced its expansion into five new communities in Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio and Texas to deliver more care for medically frail and homebound patients.

Ennoble Care said its expansion is dedicated to closing the gap of patients who need homecare and actually receive it through a combination of organic growth, value-based partnerships and additions of high-quality house call practices. The company currently participates in Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Realizing Equity, Access and Community Health (REACH) alongside traditional Medicare fee-for-service; as REACH winds down at the end of 2026, Ennoble said it will transition to Managed Security Service Providers and ACO Long-term Enhanced ACO Design (LEAD), depending on geography.
