PHILADELPHIA—BAYADA Home Health Care, a global nonprofit in the home healthcare industry, has been named by Forbes to its 2026 list of America’s Best Employers by State. Driven directly by positive feedback from employees, BAYADA earned a spot on the list in three states:

  • Pennsylvania: 10th
  • North Carolina: 26th
  • New Jersey: 59th

Only 1,365 employers across the United States made the list, which included BAYADA. Forbes partnered with research firm Statista to survey more than 245,000 employees who work for a company of at least 500 people. Survey respondents from all 50 states and Washington, DC, were able to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10 and rated their workplace on:

  • Wages and benefits
  • Management style
  • Company reputation
  • Flexibility
  • Career advancement
