Kadan Homecare Earns 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplaces Award

ATLANTA—Kadan Homecare has received a 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Woman-Led organizations. The award recognizes organizations led by women that have built strong workplace cultures. Winners are determined through an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage, the company behind the Top Workplaces program.

For Kadan, the recognition connects its present-day team with the vision of its founder. Linda Kadan started the agency in 1984 with one employee and a small team of caregivers, driven by a desire to help families care for loved ones at home. More than four decades later, the family-owned agency continues to serve metro Atlanta families under the leadership of President Dina White.

“Linda built this company around caring for families as if they were her own,” said White. “I’m proud to carry that vision forward with a team that supports one another and brings such dedication to the people we serve. What makes this award so meaningful is that it comes from our employees’ own feedback.”

Kadan’s care partners support clients in their homes, while its administrative team coordinates care and supports employees and families. Both teams contribute to the personal attention and continuity that have been central to the agency since its founding.

This is Kadan’s sixth workplace recognition in 2026. The agency was also named a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplace and an Atlanta Top Workplace. Earlier this year, Kadan received three 2026 Best of Home Care awards recognizing client satisfaction, caregiver experience and overall performance.
