Invacare’s iPartner Adds Brightree
ELYRIA, Ohio, and DULUTH, Ga. — With a new a five-year
partnership announced earlier this week, Brightree will
become part of Invacare’s iPartner Solutions program.
Under the agreement, Invacare will market Brightree’s business management
software nationwide.
“The goal of Invacare iPartner Solutions is to help HME
providers re-evaluate their business operations and find new
opportunities to streamline business functions, reduce costs and
focus on key, profitable activities,” said Carl Will, senior vice
president, Invacare HomeCare North America. “Based on the input of
a large number of our customers, we believe that Brightree’s
business management software presents our customers with another
valuable business solution.”
Brightree currently supports more than 20,000 users on its
Internet-hosted product. Those users file more than 20 million
claims annually valued at over $4.3 billion.
The new partnership will extend Brightree’s offering beyond
efficient management in billing, collecting and managing inventory,
according to company President and CEO Dave Cormack. “Now we are
setting our sights on creating the same efficiency for HME/DME
supply chain management, and this agreement with Invacare is a huge
first step,” he said in a release.
Launched in 2008, the iPartner program also includes a
maintenance component, built on the acquisition of Roadrunner
Mobility, that offers set-up, repairs and replacement parts from
The Aftermarket Group. In addition, the program offers help with
competitive bidding prep through an arrangement with HME
Advantage.
